A Vested Interest

There are three types of Real Estate Company models practiced in the United States today. First is the Dependent model, in which agents are employees, receiving set paychecks with possible bonuses. Second is the Independent model in which agents are tenants, marketing under the company name and using company facilities. Third is the Interdependent model, in which agents are partners in the business, able to view all accounting records and share in the company profits. Our agents here at KW Las Vegas are in the third model. They have a vested interest in the success of the company. This interest often becomes their retirement income and (eventually) an inheritance for their loved ones.
